In 1975, the company established and named Fappyco Sewing Machine Co. Ltd. Produce and export all kind of household sewing machines under the brand name of FAPPYCO, and also export the breakdown CKD parts, even the whole production lines of machines as well.

With the Overlock machines on the production in 1988 and Continuing adopted high precision CNC machine centers for enhancing the quality and the increasing of overlock demand in 1995.
In 1998, use the company name of BaoSan Industrial Co. Ltd. For exporting on both of household and industrial sewing machines, and the brand of FAPPYCO became a registered logo and visual imagine.
